The National Museum of Wildlife Art is located north of Jackson across form the National Elk Refuge on Highway 89. Spring Creek Ranch does not own the museum but we are the only company allowed to cater events there as we lease the food and beverage rights.

Johnston Hall
- 6900 square feet
- Seating capacity: 120 (Can be increased to 300 for an hors d’oeuvres reception with limited seating.)
- Site fee: $5000, terrace is included.
- An additional 30 people may be seated in the Wapiti Hallway at no additional charge.
Members’ Lounge and Gallery
- 1,290 square feet
- Site fee: $750
- Seating capacity: 50 (Can be increased to 100 for an hors d’oeuvres reception with limited seating.)
Menus
We offer an extensive menu including passed and stationary hors d’oeuvres, buffets, plated dinners, and receptions stations. Children’s menus are also available. Pricing is locked in at the time you sign the function sheet with your event planner. We ask for menu choices to be in at least 30 days prior to your wedding with guest counts due 7 business days prior.
State tax (6%) and gratuity (20%) are not included in menu prices.
Bar
You can choose between a cash bar, hosted bar, or other bar customized to suit your needs. Bartenders are provided for all bars at a fee of $150 per bartender. Prices are based on consumption. Wine prices are based either on consumption or per bottle, depending on your needs.
Sorry, guests may not provide their own alcohol.
Extra Fees
Custodial fee for events under 100: $50
Custodial fee for events over 100: $100
Security fee (security guards are required for all catered functions at the museum): $25/per guard per hour for the length of the event plus 1/2 hour prior and 1/2 hour post event. One security guard is required for events under 100 and two guards for events over 100.
Docent fee: If your guests would like to tour the galleries during your reception, a fee of $25 per docent is required. One docent is needed per 25 guests. .
Wedding decorations – things to know
The National Museum of Wildlife Art contains a large amount of beautiful artwork. Therefore, some decorating restrictions do apply. Candles, confetti, rice, and other toss-able items are not allowed. Due to the acoustic paneling of the walls, nothing can be hung on walls. Nothing maybe removed form the walls and artwork cannot be covered.
