The Spring Creek Ranch Naturalist Department is teaming up with Wyoming Stargazing’s Dr. Samuel Singer and his collection of large telescopes for an extraordinary night of exploring the heavens!
The dark skies at Spring Creek Ranch provide an ideal location to view galaxies, star clusters, planets, and even the arms of our own Milky Way Galaxy. If you’re lucky you will also see shooting stars, sun spires, and the northern lights. Dr. Singer and his crew of knowledgeable program leaders will answer all of your questions concerning constellations, star formation, galaxy collisions, the origin of our universe, and more. He will also introduce you to the latest astronomy software available on your smartphone so you can continue exploring the night sky on your own. We’re looking forward to seeing you out there.
