Jackson’s Tastiest Eats for Any Occasion
Jackson may have that small town charm, but it is packed to the brim with fantastic dining options. Catering to everyone from the comfort food lovers to the fine dining aficionado, there are endless options for grabbing the perfect bite. Here are a few of our favorite spots to eat in Jackson.
Score some Za at Hand Fire PIzza
At this movie-theatre-turned pizza shack, Hand Fire Pizza is tossing up tasty concoctions of a tried and true favorite. Enjoy everything from build-your-own classics to the Meatballs (homemade meatballs with organic ground beef). All ingredients are locally sourced and organic. Every Tuesday night, Hand Fire Pizza donates some of their proceeds to local causes. Now there’s a pie you can feel good about!
Brunch at Cafe Genevieve
Breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, Cafe Genevieve has it all. Our personal fave is brunch time. Get all the delicious, cooked-from-scratch fixings from perfectly crispy Snake River Farms Corned Beef Hash to house-made granola. You can’t leave Jackson without trying the Pig Candy – a slow-cooked bacon candied in sugar and spices. Yum!
Spice Up Your Meal at Teton Tiger
There’s nothing that warms you up better than a delicious bowl of noodles on a cold day. Stop by the Teton Tiger for an array of spicy treats inspired by the tastes of Asia. There are plenty of small bites to share like the Korean Street Ribs or snag a heaping bowl of noodles. Curries are a-plenty on the menu so come hungry. Te Teton Tiger also features an array of vegan and vegetarian-friendly offerings.
Waffles with a View at Corbet’s Cabin
Whether you’re looking for a little dining adventure or you need a mid-day refuel while skiing at JHMR, Corbet’s Cabin is the spot for you. Take the ten-minute aerial tram ride to the top of Rendezvous Mountain and as the doors to your tram open you’ll be greeted by breathtaking 360 views and a tiny hut slanging warm, fluffy waffles with all the toppings. There are four waffle styles with toppings ranging from classic sugar to Nutella and strawberries. It’s tough to choose but you can’t go wrong. The plating is simple, just a bit of tin foil and drop-dead gorgeous views. Now that’s a snack well-earned.
Tapas and more at Bin 22
Part restaurant, part artisanal grocer, Bin 22 serves up delectable European inspired small plates. With a variety of cheese and salumi to choose from, you can create your own perfect meat and cheese plate to share with the whole table (or not). There are also a wide variety of small plates to enjoy such as roasted bone marrow, stuffed dates, housemade meatballs and more.
Are you hungry yet? We are! So now that we’re drooling over all the fantastic dining options here in Jackson, we hope you’ll come join us for a meal, or four. Happy eating!
