Jackson Hole Meetings and Events

The Ranch House is the premier venue for meetings, conferences and special events. Facilities include the Sagebrush Ballroom, Sage East, Sage West, and the Sage Boardroom. With 3,200 sq. feet of meeting space we can accommodate most any event or meeting requirements.

Sagebrush Ballroom

This full-service conference room encompasses 2,800 square feet of floor space and wrap around deck, full catering facilities and business center. A visual stunner with views of the Teton Mounatin Range. The conference center also boasts large beamed ceilings and rustic open trussing with floor to ceiling windows giving the illusion of bringing the outdoors in.

Sage West - Conference Room

1,020 square feet of floor space allowing 110 people(theater style). Half of the Sagebrush Ballroom.

Sage East - Conference Room

1,275 square feet of floor space allowing 130 people(theater style). Half of the Sagebrush Ballroom.

Sage Boardroom

350 square feet of floor space. The boardroom is a great place to hold an intimate meeting. Wired and wireless internet access as well as telephone access for conference calls or fax machine.

Sagebrush Vista - Outdoor Venue

Our outdoor function area offers a vast mountain panorama and the picture perfect Tetons. The site affords groups an inspirational setting for welcome receptions, authentic western Hoedown with a stone firepit for campfires, and many more configurations.
